Skydome Skylights - Fixing Instructions

The range of Skydomes and Skylights are fitted to a timber frame built through the roof and flashed to suit the type of roofing being used. A top gutter must be formed to allow the free flow of rain water around the unit. The size of this gutter and the height of the frame above the roof will depend on the distance from the top of the roof to the skylight that will allow the expected volume of water to go around the frame.

The above work should be carried out by a competent person to ensure that a watertight installation is achieved. While Natural Light Solutions Ltd guarantee the Skylight, we cannot be held responsible for leaks due to poor workmanship on the roof penetration.
